We Are Prepared

Please know that we have been long-prepared for maintaining business continuity during crises, and this is no exception. Our Business Continuity Management program includes ensuring readiness through disruptions including pandemics. We continue to act in accordance with the advisories set forth by the Centers for Disease Control’s Prevention Health Alert Notices, the World Health Organization and country and local governments regarding COVID-19. Our team is also in regular contact with Elsevier’s The Lancet Infectious Diseases department. As a leading provider of scientific and medical information, RELX is well positioned in terms of having its own expert advice. We are continuously aligning RELX’s continuity plans with our incident management and business continuity program for an integrated approach.

Based on what we know today, we are confident that we are prepared to adapt and act quickly to ensure business continues as usual. During these rapidly changing times, we are committed to delivering the high level of service you have come to expect from LexisNexis Risk Solutions.

We realize users access our platform through your company-owned IP’s. As telecommuting becomes essential to your business continuity, please instruct your employees to VPN into your corporate environment to access our services.

Production Releases Postponed

As we enter a period of increased transaction volume by our clients, we are being extra cautious with production releases. LexisNexis Risk Solutions has implemented a code and product launch freeze as we continue to monitor customer needs and market conditions. This includes postponing previously communicated TLS updates.

Protecting Our Employees

As the number of cases continues to escalate globally, the health and safety of our employees remains a top priority, as is doing our part to help contain the spread of the virus. We have taken preventive measures such as postponing all non-essential travel globally, particularly to and from China, Italy, South Korea and Iran, and adopting a flexible approach to working from home for all employees. We will continue to adjust our travel restrictions in accordance with the latest travel advisories.
